Scott Parkhill and Paul Greenberg met at an open house several years back and saw something in one another that wasn’t like the average agent in Toronto. They come from different backgrounds but have the same values, drive and work ethic. The beauty of their partnership is that they know they can learn from each other and most of all count on one another in any given situation.
Paul and Scott have worked on a pure referral and repeat business model, which has resulted in supporting and working with a demographic they know a lot about – Millennials. It has never been more difficult for Millennials to not only get their foot in the door (pun intended) with the ever changing market and lending guidelines. To successfully move up the property ladder by selling your first home for top dollar and upgrade to their next home for the best price and terms is another challenge that they welcome with open arms. Their focus is simple: help fellow Millennials successfully navigate the murky waters of the Toronto Real Estate Market in a way that is seamless, transparent and efficient.
As a member of The Agency Toronto and co-founder of The Parkhill Greenberg Group, Scott Parkhill has a strong passion for building meaningful relationships with his clients. With over eight years of experience in the real estate business, Scott has been fortunate enough to have established his career solely through referrals and repeat clients.
Scott began his professional career in finance, where he enjoyed guiding his clients to make the best possible decisions based on their goals. He then switched gears and started his career in real estate, bringing the same motivation and passion to each transaction and always prioritizing the needs of his clients. His past career in finance assists Scott with analyzing scenarios and finding his clients the best option, whether it is their primary residence, a family cottage or, adding another investment property to their portfolio.
His passion for real estate derives from his love of being able to live a life by design. Scott loves that a significant part of his job is keeping in touch with clients and also building new relationships. Real estate gives Scott the flexibility and allows him to leverage his love of meeting new people.
When Scott is not with clients or at the office, you can find him playing basketball, hiking, hanging out at one of the many amazing parks in Toronto, Toronto Island beach or, at various live shows throughout the city. He also enjoys playing his guitar and is always adding new music to his Spotify playlists. If you ever need a playlist or song to listen to, Scott has you covered.

With over ten years of real estate experience and 75 million sales volume to date, Paul's goal is always to find his clients the perfect home. Before starting his career in real estate Paul was in a band touring around North America but wanted a career that was more stable and challenging. He always knew that he had an entrepreneurial spirit inside and a passion for connecting with people. As a result, Paul did some exploration and reflection. He decided to get his real estate license; within his first six weeks, he already had three new clients and sold all three of them. Paul won the rookie of the year award for the brokerage and never looked back.
Paul's favourite part about the job is meeting new people and helping them find the property to make their home or helping them sell. Negotiating the best deal so that his clients walk away happy and satisfied makes his job so rewarding and keeps clients coming back time and time again. He loves that no two days are the same in the industry.
When Paul is not with a client or out of the office, you can find him starting his day with a workout, hanging with his dog, catching up on the latest news in real estate and, of course, a scroll through MLS.
